- Conduct regular inspections of architectural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
- Monitor construction activities, including finishes, façade works, interior fit-outs, and structural elements.
- Identify and report any non-conformances or discrepancies and follow up on corrective actions.
- Assist in reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements related to architectural works.
- Prepare inspection reports, maintain accurate documentation, and record progress on-site.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to resolve technical and quality issues.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance procedures.
- Attend project and coordination meetings to discuss progress and address concerns.
- Assist in the final inspection and handover process, including preparing snag lists and verifying rectification works.
