Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and systems.

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.

• Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT-related issues promptly.

• Administer network security, firewalls, antivirus, and access controls.

• Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity and recovery readiness.
