- Provide technical support to end users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Install and configure computer systems, networks, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers and databases.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.
