Job Purpose
Provide first-level technical support to users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support
Provide L1 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and basic network issues
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity problems
Install, configure, and maintain systems and applications
User Support
Respond to IT support requests via ticketing system, email, or phone
Assist users with login issues, password resets, and system access
Ensure timely resolution of user queries
System Maintenance
Perform regular system updates, patches, and antivirus checks
Maintain IT assets and inventory records
Assist in system backups and data recovery processes
Documentation
Log and track issues in the helpdesk system
Maintain documentation for troubleshooting steps and solutions
Coordination
Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff
Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software support
