1. Manage the front office, receive visitors, and handle phone calls.
2. Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
3. Handle basic accounting tasks, such as filing documents, purchase bills, maintaining sales registers, accounts payable and receivable, petty cash clearance, invoicing, expense tracking, VAT filing and reconciliations.
4. Accurately enter data into our accounting software and other systems.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including financial documents and administrative files.
