Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with sales expertise to drive business growth in the UAE market. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, providing tailored IT solutions, and building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT solutions, including networking, hardware, software solutions, cybersecurity, and cloud services.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company targets.
  • Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, meetings, and networking events.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, and SMEs.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions that align with their business needs.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Technical Consultation & Solution Selling:

  • Work closely with technical teams to develop proposals, conduct demonstrations, and deliver presentations.
  • Recommend IT solutions, including enterprise networking, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and managed services.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to offer the best solutions to customers.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

  • Keep up to date with IT trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.
  • Analyze market demands and provide insights to improve service offerings.
  • Proposal & Contract Management:
  • Prepare quotations, RFPs, and technical proposals.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Ensure timely order processing and follow-up on payment collections.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT sales in the UAE market (B2B or B2G preferred).
  • UAE driving license is a must.
  • Proven experience in selling IT solutions such as networking, cloud, cybersecurity, or software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, security solutions, and managed services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Cisco, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Fortinet, ERP, or other IT solutions.
  • Understanding of UAE business culture and procurement processes.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
