  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, fostering collaboration and ensuring consistent quality and supply chain resilience.
  • Manage the entire procurement lifecycle, from identifying needs and issuing purchase orders to tracking deliveries and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize procurement processes.
  • Implement and enforce procurement policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on potential suppliers, assessing their financial stability, capabilities, and adherence to ethical standards.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste or obsolescence.
  • Prepare and present procurement reports, including spend analysis, cost savings, and supplier performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as engineering, production, and finance, to understand their needs and align procurement activities.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve procurement efficiency through process optimization and the adoption of new technologies.
