- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and accounts, budgeting, managing ledgers, processing invoices, and tracking payments.
- Perform reconciliations of accounts to ensure their accuracy.
- Maintain the petty cash fund, issue checks, and update ledger entries.
- Support the senior accountant and finance manager in carrying out the responsibilities of the accounting department.
- Prepare financial reports and statements by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.
- Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Record financial transactions and process entries to the ledger.
