We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Junior Project Manager with 5–8 years of professional experience, preferably working within or alongside government entities. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing innovative AI and Smart City initiatives for a prestigious government organization in Abu Dhabi.

Salary range: commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring timely and quality delivery of project milestones.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and efficient progress.
  • Monitor potential risks, address and resolve issues promptly, and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting.
  • Support cross-functional teams, facilitating effective decision-making processes across departments.

Requirements:

  • Proven project management experience (5–8 years), specifically within government or related sectors.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English (verbal and written); proficiency in additional languages is considered a plus.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Familiarity or prior experience with technology-driven projects, particularly in AI and Smart City domains, is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
