Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior Therapist Trainer to assist in the development and delivery of training programs for our therapy staff in Doha Branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring. Experience in nails and massage therapy is highly preferred.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and implementation of training programs for new and existing therapists.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars on various therapeutic techniques and best practices.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to therapists in training.
- Develop and update training materials and resources.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Stay current with developments in the field of therapy and incorporate new knowledge into training programs.
- Collaborate with senior trainers and clinical supervisors to ensure high-quality training delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and progress.
- Provide specialized training and guidance in nails and massage therapy techniques.
Skills & Qualities
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a therapeutic setting.
- Previous experience in training or teaching is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and best practices.
- Experience in nails and massage therapy is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good English speaking skills
