The Key Account Executive will manage sales operations, foster business development, and build strong client relationships with hotels in Abu Dhabi. Account Management:
- Serve as the primary contact for hotel clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
- Understand the specific needs of each hotel and provide tailored solutions to address their operational requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits and maintain open communication to resolve issues and identify growth opportunities.
Sales Growth and Strategy Implementation:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the hotel segment to achieve revenue targets and drive account growth.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts, introducing additional products or services.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and progress toward targets.
Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, including purchasing managers, chefs, and F&B directors.
- Organize and participate in client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to promote Agthia’s offerings.
- Ensure excellent after-sales service by collaborating with internal teams to address client needs promptly.
Market and Competitor Insights:
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities in the hotel sector.
- Collect client feedback to identify gaps and recommend product improvements or innovations.
Internal Collaboration:
- Coordinate with distribution, finance, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
