Client Acquisition & Business Development
Identify and generate new business opportunities for accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, Corporate Tax, payroll, audit, and compliance services.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and consultations with prospective clients.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Prepare proposals, quotations, engagement letters, and commercial agreements.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Build referral networks and generate leads through professional relationships and networking.
Key Account Management
Manage and maintain relationships with existing and newly acquired clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and service requirements.
Coordinate with accounting, tax, and compliance teams to ensure timely service delivery.
Monitor client satisfaction and ensure high retention levels.
Conduct periodic client meetings and business reviews.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
Operational Coordination
Follow up on service delivery timelines and client documentation.
Maintain CRM records, sales activities, and client reports.
Coordinate onboarding of new clients.
Support collection follow-ups and account status monitoring when required.
Requirements
Mandatory: 1–2 years experience in an Accounting / Tax / Audit / Consultancy company.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Good understanding of UAE Accounting, VAT, Corporate Tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and compliance services.
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to manage both client servicing and business development activities.
UAE driving license will be an added advantage.
