• B.Sc. Engineering or Civil & Architecture.

• Minimum of 15 years diversified experience including preferably 2 years on site and over 5 years as a Sr. Estimator.

• Buildings, Infrastructure & Heavy Civils expertise. Some Marine experience is advantageous.

• Highly skilled in Estimation Software preferably CCS Candy, AutoCAD, FIDIC, CESMM & POMI.

• Buildings, High-Rise, Infrastructure/ Heavy civils expertise + expert level

• Cost awareness, technical knowledge & understanding of execution methodology.

• High level of systematic thinking and organization.
