Job Summary:

We are hiring a highly skilled and ADNOC-approved Lead Planning Engineer with over 15 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and progress control within the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with ADNOC projects and should be proficient in Primavera (P6) and other project control tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules (Primavera P6) for EPC and maintenance projects.
• Lead planning and scheduling activities throughout the project lifecycle—engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Monitor project progress and performance against baseline schedules and provide early warnings of potential delays.
• Prepare and present project progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans.
• Analyze schedule impacts and participate in risk management and mitigation planning.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and cost controllers for integrated project planning.
• Ensure all planning and reporting deliverables comply with ADNOC requirements.
• Review subcontractor schedules and ensure alignment with the master schedule.
