- Responsible for leasing residential units (apartments, villas, townhouses).
- Attracting suitable tenant prospects for the vacant units under the designated portfolio.
- Maintaining that company guidelines & SOP are followed in terms of fulfilling the KYC parameters(financial/legal).
- Achieving targeted occupancy & revenue.
- Effective management of Leads , ensuring they have been contacted within the set KPI and increase conversion percentage.
- Market awareness of all properties surrounding the geographical areas in which AGP have their residential portfolio- Market info related to properties, pricing, offerings, quality of projects.
