• Drafting and preparing legal memoranda, pleadings, and submissions before UAE courts in Arabic.

• Maintaining comprehensive case files and providing accurate progress reports to the Partner in charge.

• Attending client meetings, and liaising with government authorities as required.

• Advising clients on litigation strategies, recent legal amendments, and their impact on ongoing or prospective cases.

• Drafting contracts, legal opinions, notices, and Powers of Attorney across diverse areas of practice.

• Conducting thorough legal research to support case strategies and advisory work.
