Job Responsibilities:

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with new and existing customers to enhance brand loyalty and satisfaction.
• Proactively engage with customers, understand their needs, and deliver exceptional service to ensure a superior customer experience.
• Collaborate with the Sales & Business Development team to plan product ranges, prepare sales strategies, and manage stock levels based on seasonal forecasts.
• Gather customer feedback on products, communicate insights to Management and the Marketing department to optimize offerings.
• Coordinate with suppliers to manage stock distribution, place orders, and ensure timely deliveries while handling necessary paperwork efficiently.
