· Checking invoices (logistics, freight, other commercial invoices) in accordance with signed contracts before posting in accounting system;
· Financial conditions' reviewing and confirmation in logistics contracts;
· Loading and posting invoices for goods purchases in accounting system;
· Reconciliation warehouse balances;
· Creating and posting provisions of logistics and commercial costs;
· Reconciliation with Vendors and Factories;
· Participation in monthly closing process;
· Strong cross-functional cooperation with logistics department and other business units.
