Ensures and promotes a positive Safety and Quality culture and adherence to all Company principles and policies as well as local laws and regulations of all manufactured products, reinforces the safety culture through actions and attitude.
Optimize Manufacturing Costs by driving performance improvement activities

Operators follows all applicable operational standards. Manages and improve the standards in the production line/area based on factory needs, reducing and eliminating the losses.
