Operate and maintain various perfume production machines, including aerosol filling machines, 4-nozzle perfume filling machines, capping and sealing equipment, and packaging machinery.
Ensure smooth daily operation of production lines and maintain consistent output quality.
Perform basic troubleshooting, adjustments, and preventive maintenance on assigned machines.
Monitor machine performance, detect faults, and resolve issues promptly to avoid production delays.
Handle filling, crimping, batch coding, labeling, and packaging procedures according to company standards.
Follow safety guidelines, hygiene standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times.
Assist the production supervisor with daily tasks, production targets, and machine changeovers when needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
