Ensure full compliance towards QMS, EMS & HSSE standard requirements
Attend, monitor and place control on breakdown of all plant equipment
Set-up and implement effective Preventive Maintenance Plan.
Keep adequate inventory of critical spares.
Calibrate all measuring equipment and process instruments.
Participate in the preparation of emergency procedure and ensure compliance and provide necessary support as required.
Assure the safety of maintenance team in compliance with occupational safety and health regulations
Identify, develop and implement training programs to Maintenance Team.
Monitor and provide control programs for Utility KPI
Monitor and control monthly maintenance spending.

Shared Responsibility

Primary service provider of internal customers for the keeping smooth operations.
Provide necessary support to projects.
Adherence to all company policy including HSSE policy,
Responsible for vendor rating and evaluation of maintenance vendors/suppliers.
Coordinate engineering changes of the equipment including reliability to internal customers.
Implementation of OPEX control initiatives.
Special / Advanced Skills

At least 3 - 5 years in maintenance filed
Knowledge of Quality Management System, Environmental Management System, HSSE,
Engineering Standards ex. API standards, Tanks inspection, BSI etc.
The job involves the hands on experience in the field of electrical, electronics, instrumentation, pneumatic and mechanical field.
Could work under deadline pressure.
Should have good communication and presentation skills.
Advance computer skills.
Should have comprehensive & analytical skills.
