About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Maintenance Foreman to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations for residential villas. The ideal candidate is hands-on, well-organized, and capable of leading a maintenance team to ensure all work is completed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate villa maintenance activities including civil, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.

• Conduct regular inspections of villas to identify and address maintenance issues.

• Plan and prioritize work orders, ensuring timely completion.

• Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of maintenance technicians.

• Communicate effectively with property management and tenants regarding maintenance schedules and updates.
