As Packhouse Supervisor you will be “Hands On” and responsible for the day to day running of the packhouse. You will also be involved in the setting up of additional facilities. The Pack house Supervisor will work closely to sales representative. The successful candidate will demonstrate; • Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role • A degree or related qualifications • IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Outlook • A sound understanding of health and safety and quality management • Good Managerial/leadership and Organizational Skills. • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Relationship Skills. • Good Numerical Skills.
