About the role As the Senior Manager for Growth , you will be responsible for overseeing the user journey, ensuring optimal performance across all stages of the funnel. Your role will involve running experiments to understand the factors impacting health metrics, building and maintaining dashboards for visibility on key metrics, and frequently analyzing user behaviors and trends. You will lead a team of data analytics professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and improve user experience What you'll do Leadership & Team Management: • Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. • Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Experimentation & Analysis: • Design, implement, and analyze experiments to identify what impacts the health metrics across the entire user funnel. • Develop hypotheses, run A/B tests, and interpret results to inform strategies for user acquisition, retention, and engagement. Dashboard Development: • Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards that provide real-time visibility into key health metrics across the user journey. • Ensure dashboards are user-friendly and accessible to stakeholders across the organization. Behavioral Insights: • Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior and trends to identify opportunities for improving user experience and engagement. • Utilize data analytics tools to uncover insights and present findings to senior leadership. Strategy & Execution: • Collaborate with product, marketing, and data science teams to develop and execute strategies aimed at improving the health metrics at all stages of the user funnel. • Drive initiatives that enhance user acquisition, activation, retention, and overall engagement. Reporting & Communication: • Regularly report on key metrics and progress to senior management and other stakeholders. • Communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner.
