Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of legal matters to ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
Interpret and analyze laws, regulations, and policies affecting the organization's operations.
Keep abreast of changes in legislation and proactively advise management on potential legal impacts.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
Ensure that all contracts comply with relevant legal requirements and protect the organization's interests.
Assist in maintaining compliance with corporate governance requirements.
Provide support for board meetings, resolutions, and other corporate legal matters.
Handle legal disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary and represent the organization's interests in legal proceedings.
Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to local laws and regulations.
