- Contact with potential customers requesting for housemaids and develop good customer relationship.
- Maintain a database for the customers' requirements .
- Send the available CV as per discussion held with customer.
- Follow up with the customer and assist them until their search is finished and customer is satisfied.
- Provide your support in the interview, hiring, and training for nannies that is marked by center.
- Process the legal documents for the housemaid and assure that all documents are correct.
- Follow up with the sponsor for payments.
- Follow up for housemaid for change of status and cancellation to avoid the fines.
- Maintain a record for all nannies that has been sold ensuring all resources are correct and accurate and inform all concerned staff.
- Maintain a record for sponsor's credentials.
- Be in touch with sponsor/existing customers for feedbacks.
- Do investigation for refund or return and make a report.
