  • Contact with potential customers requesting for housemaids and develop good customer relationship.
  • Maintain a database for the customers' requirements .
  • Send the available CV as per discussion held with customer.
  • Follow up with the customer and assist them until their search is finished and customer is satisfied.
  • Provide your support in the interview, hiring, and training for nannies that is marked by center.
  • Process the legal documents for the housemaid and assure that all documents are correct.
  • Follow up with the sponsor for payments.
  • Follow up for housemaid for change of status and cancellation to avoid the fines.
  • Maintain a record for all nannies that has been sold ensuring all resources are correct and accurate and inform all concerned staff.
  • Maintain a record for sponsor's credentials.
  • Be in touch with sponsor/existing customers for feedbacks.
  • Do investigation for refund or return and make a report.
