Marketing Manager

POSITION SUMMARY
The Head of Marketing is responsible for Food Empire Group’s and its band’s Marketing activities. This includes Online/Digital, PR, and CRM. The Head of Marketing is responsible for maintaining and supporting the company policies & procedures and protecting the company image and its brands. This is in addition to assisting other departments in necessary actions to contribute in overall sales increase and achieve the overall mission of Group and its brands.
CRITICAL TASKS
- Comprehend and understand operations and general business policies and procedures of Food Empire Group so that such policies and procedures can be supported through Food Empire group Marketing, PR & online/digital marketing activities.
- Build and execute Marketing, PR & online/digital marketing strategies through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, communication and audience identification.
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (Original text, images, and video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s digital & social content.
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
- Cover all events and promotions as required.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, call center and Delivery, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
- Build & maintain a digital community for each brand.
- Answer all customer comments on all digital platforms by abiding the CRM process for negative & positive feedbacks.
- Provide timely analytical reports and build on it for future campaigns/activations.
- Develop and submit as requested detailed budgets for the marketing department.
- Oversees the management of the marketing budget on a day to day basis.
- Provide recommendations to operations and their managers for improving the quality of the stores.
- Develop and manage relationships with external organizations (Such as agencies, aggregators and partners) as necessary to assist with the development and implementation of Food Empire Group marketing efforts in a cost efficient and results oriented manner toward the achievement of predetermined goals.
- Work closely with call center and delivery department to promote the outlets.
- Visit outlets on a weekly basis for photoshoots, social media content, performance monitoring and more.
- Meet with Managers or staff (Team leaders, chefs, etc.) weekly to discuss potential obstacles, issues and how to fix and enhance productivity and sales.
- Create strategic and customized campaigns to enhance brand images and sales.
- Work towards enhancing customer’s experience and assist with increasing ratings across all platforms.
- Increase social media following, engagements and impressions by at least 10% monthly.
- Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.
COMMUNICATION AND WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
- Works closely with subordinates to ensure information transmission at all time.
- Coordinates with different departments in the Head Office to guarantee effective communication.
- Interacts with franchisees to follow-up on their abidance by the Food Empire Group standards and their requests.
- Train the Marketing team with new strategies.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB
- The job of the Head of Marketing may require long working hours, frequent visits to different stores.
