Assist clients with the entire buying process, from initial inquiry to final transaction.
- Market Knowledge & Reporting:Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market conditions.
Advise management on potential opportunities for business growth.
- Collaboration & Teamwork:Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve targets.
Collaborate with real estate agents, developers, and legal advisors to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Compliance & Documentation:Ensure all real estate transactions comply with legal requirements and company policies.
Manage and maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales agreements, and property documents.
