Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the FM sector (Soft and Hard Services).
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting our FM services and value proposition.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet client needs.
Achieve sales targets and revenue goals set by management.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions using CRM software.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance and market insights.
Prospect new potential clients and maintain existing customers relationship within the commercial FM industry.
Responsible for achieving sales targets and revenue goals set by management.
Typically involved in the direct selling of FM services to B2C clients and prospects.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
UAE Valid Driving License is required.
Proficiency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
