We are seeking a proactive and experienced Marketing Manager for our operational marketing efforts in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will focus on supporting our regional distributors and partners to develop and execute strategic marketing plans. These plans encompass a range of activities including above-the-line and below-the-line marketing, retail management, and brand communication. This role is pivotal in strengthening our brand presence and accelerating market penetration across Middle Eastern markets.
Strategic Marketing Planning: Support regional distributors in crafting and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our corporate goals. Focus on innovative approaches for both above-the-line and below-the-line marketing activities to maximize brand visibility and market growth.
Material Development: Create and manage a wide array of marketing materials such as product marketing collateral (brochures, corporate premiums, catalogs, product sample brochures), marketing campaigns, sales promotion leaflets, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
Agency Coordination: Manage relationships with creative and media agencies to ensure the development of effective and integrated marketing communication tools. Guide these partnerships to align with HQ brand’s vision and market objectives.
Digital and Content Marketing: Align the management and updating of website / social media content with HQ, ensuring the creation of relevant content, regional news/event updates, and ongoing enhancements. Monitor online communications to gauge effectiveness and implement improvements as needed.
