Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Social Media:
Manage and update social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram) to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
Assist in developing and executing targeted online campaigns (email marketing, paid ads, content marketing) to generate leads and boost brand awareness.
Monitor and report on social media and website analytics, providing insights to improve reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
Content Creation & Management:
Create, curate, and edit engaging content for newsletters, blogs, social posts, and marketing collateral.
Work closely with the design and product teams to develop compelling visuals, presentations, and videos that align with brand guidelines.
Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials such as brochures, pitch decks, case studies, and product sheets.
Ensure all sales enablement materials are up to date, on-brand, and accessible to the sales team.
Cold Callings
Conduct cold calls to potential clients to promote products or services.
Generate leads and schedule meetings or follow-ups for the sales team.
Record call outcomes and update client databases accurately.
Brand Management & Events:
Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
Support the planning and execution of webinars, virtual events, and industry conferences, including promotional campaigns and post-event follow-ups.
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.
Provide data-driven recommendations for improving marketing campaigns and content strategies.
