Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mason with extensive experience in micro topping/micro cement application to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality finishes and precision work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply micro topping/micro cement finishes with precision on various surfaces such as floors, walls, countertops, and other architectural elements.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, smoothing, and priming as necessary to ensure optimal adhesion.
• Mix and apply micro cement products in line with project specifications and design requirements.
• Ensure flawless surface finishes, including seamless edges, uniform textures, and perfect leveling.
• Repair or restore existing micro cement surfaces as required.
• Adhere to strict quality standards and client requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other team members to achieve project goals.
• Maintain tools and equipment to ensure high-quality workmanship and efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in micro topping/micro cement applications with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Expertise in achieving high-quality and detailed finishes with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with various micro cement products, techniques, and tools.
• Strong knowledge of surface preparation and post-application care.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to handle manual tasks.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in craftsmanship.
• Available for immediate joining in Dubai.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in high-end interior or exterior projects.
• Basic understanding of other decorative finishes and surface applications.
• UAE experience will be a significant advantage.
