Desired Candidate Profile

• Well experienced and good background in design & construction works mainly in Mechanical/HVAC/Fire Fighting Systems and public health systems.
• Well organized and has good ability to chair meetings and be able to manage very well any interface activities among contractors and stakeholders.
• Has the ability and experience in reviewing design, Construction and As Built drawings
• Able to lead and manage MEP team to achieve the assigned tasks quickly and accurately.
• Minimum 15 to 20 years’ experience in MEP, with good knowledge in international codes and preferable also local applied codes and standards Saudi building codes
• Has good experience in Testing and Commissioning of MEP systems with big and similar type projects, can be a lead in supervising such works and know how to manage and oversee such activities.
• Preferable to have experience, knowledge, and familiarity in similar Metro projects also, has the capability and capacity to go through the project requirements and quickly understand very well the project and to make sure the Employer requirements are fully applied by the contractors.
