Design Development:

• Develop and oversee the design of building drainage systems in accordance with relevant codes and standards.
• Design water supply and service water systems for buildings, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.
• Plan and design efficient and effective HVAC systems, adhering to all relevant industry codes and standards.

Code Compliance:

• Ensure all designs meet international and local codes, standards, and project-specific requirements.

Fire Fighting Systems (Optional):

• Collaborate on the design and development of firefighting systems for buildings, workshops, and warehouses, if applicable.

Collaboration & Coordination:

• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate mechanical systems into building construction projects.
• Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Prepare detailed technical reports, drawings, and specifications for mechanical systems.
• Maintain accurate records of design modifications and approvals.

Construction Support:

• Provide technical support during the construction phase, including troubleshooting and resolving mechanical engineering issues.
