Diagnose and maintain (electrical and mechanical) faults in tools, machines, control systems, and production lines.
Handle input/output signals in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and troubleshoot related issues.
Assemble, disassemble, evaluate, test, and maintain equipment to ensure efficient operation, including motors, pumps, and gearboxes.
Replace molds, cylinders, consumable parts, as well as perform lubrication and oil changes.
Respond to emergency maintenance instructions, resolve problems with root cause solutions, and continuously improve processes.
Periodically review spare parts and coordinate with the warehouse for requests through the ERP system.
Execute routine, preventive, and periodic maintenance based on the management-approved plan.
Monitor all factory machines according to the daily routine, weekly motor checklist, quarterly preventive maintenance schedule, annual maintenance plan, and any directives approved by the Maintenance Manager. This includes work orders (WO) and spare parts requests.
Adhere to standards of quality, occupational health and safety, and labor regulations.
Perform any other tasks related to the core duties.
