CAFM System Use: Utilize the CAFM system to log, schedule, and update maintenance activities, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring all work is performed in compliance with local building codes and industry standards.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians, engineers, and facility managers to ensure coordinated and efficient operations.
Reporting: Provide detailed reports on maintenance activities, findings, and recommendations for improvements or repairs.
Training & Development: Stay updated on the latest technologies and practices in the field to enhance skills and knowledge.
