We, seek an experienced MEP Project Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical) to manage MEP Works at our High-End Villa renovation/new build project in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, monitor, inspect and supervise all MEP works from design to construction phase of the project.
- Coordination with Contractor / Sub-Contractors for accuracy and sequencing of works and ensure that contractor’s works are carried out in accordance with the Contract.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Review Contractor’s proposals for Mechanical Installations & Mechanical Shop Drawings for compliance with Contract Drawings / requirements, Statutory, Civil Defence and coordination with other disciplines
- Coordinating with the MEP Consultant for any site related or design related technical issue and provide solution to the site in minimum time.
- To be able to Review all drawings related to construction and fit out works.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Proven minimum 5-8 years MEP execution work at New Build High End Villas/Renovation work within UAE.
- Strong knowledge of MEP Equipment materials and work techniques.
- To be completely based on-site.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & AutoCAD, Revit, BIM etc.
- Familiarity with Project Management Software and tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving abilities.
