- Develop and implement QA/QC procedures tailored to MEP installations, enhancing quality assurance measures across projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and site engineers to identify potential quality issues early and provide actionable solutions.
- Prepare, Review and approve prequalification, material submittals, ensuring all components meet regulatory standards and project requirements.
- Prepare ITPs and MS for the relevant MEP installations and testing.
- Prepare detailed reports on inspections, non-conformities, and corrective actions, facilitating transparent communication with stakeholders.
- Monitor installation processes for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, ensuring adherence to best practices and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular audits of subcontractor work to ensure compliance with quality standards and contractual obligations.
- Train and mentor junior QA/QC staff on MEP quality assurance principles and relevant industry standards.
