- Conduct site visits to assess progress and compliance with specifications.
- Prepare monthly payment applications and evaluate subcontractor invoices.
- Manage contractual correspondence and maintain records of all contractual documents.
- Participate in value engineering and cost optimization exercises.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Utilize advanced software tools for estimating and project management to streamline processes and enhance accuracy.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, material costs, and regulations affecting the MEP sector to inform decision-making.
