- Manage and organize property documentation, contracts, and records
- Monitor agent check-in/check-out times and maintain attendance logs
- Coordinate appointments, property viewings, and inspections
- Liaise with the social media/marketing team as required
- Ensure compliance with RERA and UAE real estate regulations
- Maintain CRM and listing platforms (e.g., Bayut, Dubizzle and other platforms)
- Track tenancy contract expirations and renewals
- Support day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
- Register and coordinate with developers.
