We are hiring for Multi Inspector . CSWIP and BGAS Certifications is mandatory.

• Review of WPS/PQR
• Carrying out the vendor inspection, material receiving inspection, Fit up inspection, Visual inspection, painting inspection, and pressure test activities as per the drawings and client requirements.
• Material inspection of the offshore & onshore pipe line for Pipes & Fitting materials (of various grades) such as flanges, elbows, tees, weld and Hubs etc.
• Handling all QA/QC activities as per the project scope.
• Sound knowledge of welding process (SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, GTAW), materials & fabrication methods
• Review the QCP & ITP with respect to the project specification.
• Preparation of PQR & WPS as per our project spec. and involve the mechanical and NDT Result.
• Preparation of WQT and qualify the welders as per our project specification.
• To arrange and review the material test certificate of base material like plates, pipe, fittings and consumable like filler wire, electrodes as per project specification.
• To arrange the batch certificates of abrasives, painting and its component per project specification.
• Worked as Third-Party Inspector on KTI Inspection Programs.
• Review of project specification QA / ITP System Procedures, Method Statement, Dossier, Test pack review.
• Witness/Monitor/Review Blasting, Painting, Coating/ Fireproofing /Insulation operations.
• Involved all aspects of welding, NDT, coating and insulation inspections and work performed on behalf of KTI
• Inspecting the welding against the Spool Sheets for conformance to material grade and dimension ,and performing test of the scope and character to achieve the quality meeting WPS & Client specification
• Reviewing client QC requirements and ensuring the procedure is employed in production complying with industry codes and standards.
• Reviewing contractor WPSs, PQRs, welding, NDT, painting & coating hydro testing procedure is as per company DGS.
• Witnessing of contractor piping & per fabrication of piping spools welding, NDT, coating, Painting activities.
• Inspection of piping walkthrough with contractor & subcontractor and issuing the punch list.
• Involve in the mechanical walkthrough with company PMC and issuing the final punch list to EPC contractor.
• Reviewing MTC & NDE reports &radiographs and supplier quality procedures and inspecting castings, pattern, machined parts and painting at supplier place. • Performing in-process inspections by visually checking PMI and hardness in line with Quality procedures.
• Completing final inspection as per the Quality plan, PO & specification to confirm all finished products are meeting required specifications.
