Marketing Leadership:

  • Oversee the planning and execution of national marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, promotional materials, and digital campaigns that support the sales effort.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure resources are allocated efficiently to achieve maximum impact.

Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing national sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Foster a collaborative environment between sales, marketing, and other departments.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear objectives, and ensure ongoing training and development.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners at a national level.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, gathering feedback, and implementing improvements.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales and marketing strategies.
  • Provide detailed reports on sales performance, marketing campaign effectiveness, and market trends to senior leadership.

Budget and Resource Management:

  • Manage and allocate the sales and marketing budget effectively.
  • Ensure all activities are cost-effective and aligned with overall business goals.

Collaboration with Other Departments:

  • Work closely with the product development, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment between marketing and sales initiatives and the overall business strategy.
  • Coordinate with regional sales managers and other stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and execution of sales goals.
