Provide Network infrastructure and end user operational support to company. Oversee end user support related activities and drive all required team SOPs and controls to ensure standardized operations throughout while ensuring security compliance
3-5 years in IT as Network Support Engineer .
2-3 years' experience in Desktop, Laptop, Printer troubleshooting and repair.
Customer service skills, professionalism, good communication skills (both written and verbal), incident management, problem management, MCP, MCSA/E and/or ITIL. Ability to work independently or on a team.
Flexible, can work extra hours when required. CCNA certifications good to have but not mandatory.
