Job Summary:

Orchid Engineering Consultants in Dubai, is Looking for an amazingly talented NOC Engineer for Roads and infrastructure projects (Wet & Dry Utilities) to join to our team Immediately. In this role he will be responsible for coordinating, reviewing, and processing non-objection certificates NOCs required for roads ant its infrastructure and utility projects. This role involves liaising with various authorities, consultants, contractors, and utility providers to ensure smooth project approvals while adhering to regulatory standards. Also, in this role will get to Independently handle the NOC applications in the RTA Portal (Information& final NOC, Trial Trench, Construction NOC and revalidation NOCs and as-built handing over) and all necessary follow up with all authorities. Key Responsibilities:

NOC Coordination:

• Manage, preparation NOCs submission, and follow-up of its applications for roads design and its infrastructure works (wet & dry utilities).
• Ensure timely approvals from relevant authorities such as RTA, DWA, Power, telecom, and Dubai municipality.
• Must have full and complete knowledge in the NOCs requirements and procedure of all the authorities in RTA Portal.
• Responsible for controlling project activities for all related NOC works.
• Independently handle the NOCs applications in the RTA Portal (Information NOC, NOCs for Preliminary & final roads Design, construction design, Trial Trenches, and revalidation NOCs and as-built handing over) and all necessary follow up with all authorities.
• Following /checking all NOCs letters (Arabic/ English), Documents for getting approval from Municipality / Authorities.
• Coordinating along with all authorities along with Design teams and contractor to avoid any delays of obtaining the work permit /NOCS and making Sure, contractor will full fill all the authorities requirement.
• Following, monitoring the roads Design NOCs and its infrastructure works and making sure, about all the submittals are addressed to the respective authorities and attend meetings.

Documentation Management:

• Review engineering drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with utility authority standards.
• Maintain and update records of NOC applications, approvals, and related documentations.

Project Support:

• Coordinate with project teams to integrate roads design & utilities NOCs requirements into project schedules.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure compliance with utilities authority standards for both wet (water, sewerage, irrigation) and dry (power, telecom, gas) utilities.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Act as the primary liaison between consultants, contractors, and utility authorities.
• Address queries and concerns from stakeholders regarding NOC requirements and processes.

1. Compliance and Standards:

• Ensure all roads& utility designs align with local regulations, codes, and standards.
• Identify and resolve potential conflicts in utility layouts to streamline approvals.

2. Project Support:

• Coordinate with project teams to integrate utility NOCs requirements into project schedules.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure compliance with utility authority standards for both wet (water, sewerage, irrigation) and dry (power, telecom, gas) utilities.

3. Site Coordination:

• Attend site inspections and coordinate with relevant teams for verification of utility installations if needed.
