We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to provide administrative support as well as co-ordinate daily operations of the company. We are an SME workshop located in Sharjah, UAE and have been in the market for over 25 years in the Cooling systems industry. The ideal candidate should be able to manage the entire workflow from customer enquiry, coordinating with drivers for pickup and delivery, petty cash management to getting the job out to the customer in a timely manner.
• Manage entire day to day operations of the company.
• Answer and direct phone calls from customers.
• Data entry, record keeping, invoicing.
• Assist with office correspondence through email.
• Provide general administrative support to the team
