Hiring: Online HR Specialist (Remote)

We are looking for an experienced Online HR Specialist to assist with recruitment for our real estate company. This is a temporary position (1 month or more, based on needs and performance).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct online recruitment for administrative staff and sales representatives for our Dubai-based company.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates via online platforms.
  • Manage the full recruitment process independently and efficiently.
  • Work closely with the company director to ensure successful hiring.

Requirements:

Proven experience in online recruitment (mandatory).
Experience in real estate recruitment (preferred).
✔ Ability to work independently and manage hiring remotely.
✔ Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
✔ Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.

This is a remote, temporary position, with the possibility of extension based on performance and company needs.
