Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role.
Establish production KPIs and conduct quality assessments regularly.
Monitor daily operations of corporate sales and retails showroom business and address potential issues when they arise.
Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance with standards of company.
Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability in both retail and corporate sales.
Lead and manage the operations and supply chain team responsible for existing configured products and for future orders.
Lead cross-functional project teams to work on gross margin improvement projects, working closely with Engineering, Product Management, Logistics and sales team.
Define inventory goals for and work on projects to improve inventory turns, reduce stockouts and reduce deadweight to meet goals.
Define the planning and purchasing policies and monitor regular activities of procurement team to optimize purchasing & inventory.
Manage the sales forecast for configured products that drives our materials plan in an effective way.
Maintain our duty mitigation program and drive opportunities for additional savings with new products implementation.
Assess and analyze departmental budgets to find ways to minimize expenses and optimize profits in both projects and retail showrooms.
