  • Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role.
  • Establish production KPIs and conduct quality assessments regularly.
  • Monitor daily operations of corporate sales and retails showroom business and address potential issues when they arise.
  • Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance with standards of company.
  • Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability in both retail and corporate sales.
  • Lead and manage the operations and supply chain team responsible for existing configured products and for future orders.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to work on gross margin improvement projects, working closely with Engineering, Product Management, Logistics and sales team.
  • Define inventory goals for and work on projects to improve inventory turns, reduce stockouts and reduce deadweight to meet goals.
  • Define the planning and purchasing policies and monitor regular activities of procurement team to optimize purchasing & inventory.
  • Manage the sales forecast for configured products that drives our materials plan in an effective way.
  • Maintain our duty mitigation program and drive opportunities for additional savings with new products implementation.
  • Assess and analyze departmental budgets to find ways to minimize expenses and optimize profits in both projects and retail showrooms.
  • Long-term planning to create initiatives that further the company’s overall goals move in a right direction.
