Operational Management:Lead daily operations of a Giga-scale solar PV plant to ensure optimal performance. Monitor plant performance metrics and make operational adjustments to meet performance targets. Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols. Ensure all tools, equipment, and resources are available for efficient plant operations.
Maintenance and Optimization:Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Analyze plant performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Manage and supervise corrective maintenance to ensure prompt resolution of equipment failures. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including inspections and repairs.
Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Develop safety protocols and conduct regular drills to ensure employee safety. Lead emergency response planning and implementation.
Budget Planning and Cost Management:Develop and manage the operational and maintenance budget. Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining plant performance and safety. Control operational and maintenance expenses, including manpower and spare parts.
Team Leadership and Stakeholder Management:Lead the operations and maintenance team, ensuring collaboration and cross-functional synergy. Supervise team activities, including recruitment, training, and performance management. Manage relationships with stakeholders, subcontractors, and external partners.
O&M Agreement Management:Oversee the execution of the Operation and Maintenance agreement, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions. Identify opportunities to enhance company revenue and mitigate risks.
Reporting and Compliance:Prepare and present performance reports for management and shareholders. Ensure timely and accurate external submissions that comply with corporate governance and international standards.
