• Reporting directly to the Operations Manager and fulfilling the Manager’s duties in their absence.
• Manage daily operational and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and timely communication across departments and completion of tasks.
• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
• Assist with prepare, edit, and draft of management reports, translation of reports, and other documents.
• Assist with outgoing correspondence, document preparation, including reports, drafting proposals and contracts, and preparing proposals, and other tasks as needed.
• Compile and analyze operational reports, providing actionable insights to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Organize and Support data management by maintaining databases and filing systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Perform collection activities, generate reports detailing status, maintain accounts receivable records, and assist with resolving outstanding payments, monitor and collect accounts receivable by sending collection statements and contacting clients via telephone, email, and visits, and prepare collection reports and progress.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and empathy.
• Implement and monitor compliance with company policies and procedures, ensuring all staff adhere to operational standards.
• Facilitate communication between teams, serving as a liaison to resolve issues and streamline processes.
• Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that resources are readily available without interruption.
• Perform miscellaneous administrative and operational tasks as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client's needs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
