Key Responsibilities:

• Support in managing daily business operations and employee coordination.
• Handle online order processing and schedule deliveries efficiently.
• Liaise with website developers to maintain and update the website.
• Work closely with digital marketing teams to support ongoing campaigns.
• Monitor stock levels of flowers and place orders when items are low or out of stock.
• Manage product listings and inventory on delivery platforms like NowNow and Deliveroo.
• Add and update products on the website and other platforms with accurate content.
• Capture and edit product photos and videos for marketing and listing purposes.
• Create engaging visuals and graphics for social media, website, and promotions.

Key Requirements:

• 0–1 year of experience in an operational, content creation, or coordination role.
• Young, proactive, and highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce and online tools.
• Skills in videography, photography, and graphic design.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Passion for creativity and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with NowNow, Deliveroo, or similar delivery apps.
• A portfolio showcasing content work (optional but appreciated).
